Please note that the tools selected (budget, log frames, work plan etc…) in the slides were meant as training tools for facilitating the technical workshop. These have been readapted drawing on some good examples we received under previous proposals submitted to the instrument. Nonetheless, as training tools, they still contains weaknesses and gaps that were left there on purpose as we tackled them during our presentation (i.e. log frame OVIs should be better quantified and qualified to be more measureale etc...) Therefore the power point should be read with the notes and explanations provided during the workshop.
